Les Hills was the minister. His
sermon was "The Stranger in
the Manger".
William Gibson was the or-
ganist. Cecil Pepper was the
reader and candle -lighter. The
ushers were Barb and John
Power. Mary Lou Hyde looked
after the nursery. Service closed
with benediction and choral
Amen.
Christmas Eve
Christmas Eve service at Hen-
sall United Church will begin
at 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
At Carmel Presbyterian
Church Rev. Linda Moffat was
the guest minister and also
conducted communion ser-
vice. Joyce Pepper was the or-
ganist. Bob Bell lit the candle of
Peace. The reading was given
by Rev. Linda Moffat. Al Hog-
garth and Harry Moir received
the offering. The service ended
with benediction.
