She was born October 13 at 6:10 p.m. at South Huron Hospital. Kamryn weighed 8lbs. 7oz. Proud parents are Ben and Karen Geiger. Another granddaughter for Doug and Judy Rohde, Don and Catherine Geiger and Kathy Frances. Another great-granddaughter for Roy and Marie Ferguson and Bill and Rhoda Rohde. Special thanks to the team at South Huron Hospital for their care during our surprise stop and fast delivery of Kamryn. We are very grateful to have such a great hospital with wonderful staff in our area. Special thanks also to Grandma Jude and Aunt Kate for taking care of Kaylee and Evan during our stay at the hospital. Best Wishes only please. (44*) 256 Deaths MCGREGOR - Peacefully, at Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, Marion "Babe" McGregor, passed away in her 96th year. Loved wife of the late Robert "Bob" John McGregor (1985). Dear mother and moth- er-in-law of Grant and Gladys McGregor of Hensall and Betty McGregor-Ehgoetz, of Stratford. Loved by her 9 grandchildren Chris, Robert, David, Gerry; Mary Jane, Stephen, Murray, Mark and Michael and 16 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her sons Jim and Raye, her daughter Ila Mae and her sister Lila Jackson and her husband Harold. The funeral service was held Saturday, October 25, 2008 in the Hensall Visitation Chapel, 79 King Street, Hensall. Visitation was held 1 hour prior to service. Pastor Steve Hildebrand officiated. Interment Hensall Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hensall United Church or a charity of one's choice. J.M. (44) STEINBACH - Peacefully, surrounded by his family at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, October 23, 2008, Edgar John Steinbach of Zurich passed away in his 76th year. Beloved husband of C. Ann (Smith) Steinbach. Dear father of Connie Steinbach of London and Karen Steinbach and Clark Jones of Mississauga. Loving grandfather of Selena Jones and Colin Jones. Dear brother-in-law of Jim Hackett, Alan Walper, Carolyn and Bill Brandon, Joseph and Linda Smith, Adam and Kae Smith, Cora and Ross Alcock, Pauline and Bill Hetherington and Doreen Stewart. Sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Theodore and Irene (Decker) Steinbach, his sisters Florence Hackett and Norma Walper and brother-in-law Deb Stewart. Willert of Arkona and formerly of Exeter in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Edith (King) Willert (1994). Dear father of Dianne and Marty Brown and Larry Willert all of Arkona, Sheila and Mervyn Knechtel of Rostock, Steve and Sandra Willert of Toronto and Laurie Willert and Bob Hardy of Appin. Dear grandfather of Lisa (Scott), Tracy (Darryl), Brent (Lynne), Darren (Maryellen), Shawn (Lori), Tim (Wendy), Jody, Rob, Theodore, Thomas and Sonny. Also survived by 12 great-grandchildren. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Doris and Cliff Penhale of Dashwood. Predeceased by his brother Milton and his sister Ada Newton. Alvin was the Arena Manager in Exeter from 1952-1982 and had the honour of having the baseball field named after him.
