" I find great satisfaction in finding buyers that perfect place to call home
or assisting sellers in realizing the best potential when marketing their
home."
I have been selling real estate in this area for almost 14 years, locally
representing Century 21, one of the most recognized and respected bro-
kerage franchises in North America.
Having lived in the area my entire life, I feel I have extensive knowledge
of the vast array of property types in this unique area.
Now, more and more, people are looking to the Internet and to websites
to begin the process. With constantly changing technology and on-going
education, I am able to keep up with the way real estate has changed
over the years. I can provide maximum exposure to all potential buyers,
especially those from outside the area. Using a professional to assist you
in the process of buying or selling a home is crucial as we are knowledge-
able of the current market conditions and we guide you through the
process from start to finish.
More than anything, I value the relationships I have formed over the
years and appreciate the loyalty my clients have shown me. Their recom-
mendation is my best form of advertising and a true compliment.

Women hold senior positions in the company and there are 17 who have responsibilities in management and administra-
tion, production, shipping, design, sales, CNC technology and traditional ice carving.
Women are also well represented in the operations group who deliver and set up ice sculptures at special events across the

Vegas which will be followed by an ice lounge in Miami. Congratulations everyone!!
INNOVATIVE
FLOORING
457 Main St., Exeter NOM ISI
Floors
Daryl) and Sandy Keller of Innovative Flooring, Exeter, would
like to introduce their dedicated and experienced staff.
CATHERINE SWANCE, came to Innovative Flooring in the year
2000 (the year of Exeter's flood). Her expertise of colour and design
from her floral and arts background quickly became apparent. She
enjoys working with her clients - with a "let's go shopping, together"
attitude. Finding the price and product that matches your budget.
She is a great asset to contractors, as she walks new home owners
through the tedious decisions of room to room decorating.
TINA McCLURE, a graduate of Interior Design from St. Clair
College of Applied Arts & Technology enjoys helping customers sort
out their ideas to creat a design solution. Bathroom and kitchens are
her favourite. She can draw your plan in 3D so that you have a bet-
ter visual understanding of what your space will look like. This can
be a good tool because the details have been worked out in
advance, which is a great asset to the contractor. We are enjoying
her expertise in our store.
INNOVATIVE FLOORING caters to the contractors, home own-
ers and the handyman . Our experienced installers make organizing
your renovation easier because you can have all your flooring taken
care of in one store. We specialize in hardwood, laminate, ceramic,
carpet, vinyl and cork.

Hi there. We are the Greeting Card World team. I'm Heather, the
owner here for the past 31/2 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed
every bit of my Exeter experience! Having spent most of my life in
and around Exeter, it is a real pleasure to see so many familiar
faces visit the store.
I have another Hallmark store in Strathroy (The Treasure House),
and have operated in that location for 61/2 years now. I'm thank-
ful to have Darlene and Phyllis on baord with their extensive expe-
rience and outstanding customer service.
In addition to greeting cards and stationery for all occasions, we
offer a wide array of gifts and collectibles. We cover all events such
as anniversary, baby, birthday, wedding etc. Religious occasions
such as baptism, christening, confirmation and communion are also
covered. Our seasonal gift collections are always changing, as well
as our garden and home decor pieces.
We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and invite
you to come see for yourself. It's great to see so many day-trippers
and tourists visit our beautiful town. However, it's the permanent
residents of Exeter and surrounding area who, by continuing to sup-
port local merchants, make it a viable town for all.
Thanks for supporting Greeting Card World. We look forward to
seeing you again soon.
HASKETT
FUNERAL HOMES LTD

Working at a funeral home means helping people through
one of the toughest times in their lives - and there is nothing
more rewarding than that.
Jacqueline Darroch has lived and worked in Exeter with
Haskett Funeral Homes for the last 4 years. There is a good
chance you already know her voice from a phone call or her
face at the donation desk.
With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian
University, she keeps things organized and flowing smoothly
on a day to day basis at the funeral home, from bookwork to
planning special events and working visitations and funerals.
She is always happy for a chat and really enjoys getting to
know people. Jacqueline says "being familiar with people
around town is important to someone who works at a funeral
home. No one wants to come to the funeral home, but I hope
knowing a friendly face when you have to come makes it a
bit easier to step in the door." She adds, "Making a
difficult time easier for hurting families leaves me with a
good feeling at the end of the day." If you are curious about
the funeral home, would like to have a look around or just
want to meet her, stop into the office sometime and
Jacqueline will be more than happy to see you.
