Welcome to your very own farm safety checklist!
How does safety rate on your farm? To find out, simply read through
the following checklist and answer the questions or statements by
checking either yes or no. Encourage the whole family to participate!
Personal Safety and Health
1. I have a complete medical checkup every year. Yes No
2. Each adult in my family has a written will and each
