Capsule Comments

We all are aware of the importance of eating a good
breakfast. Did you know that this practice can help you
lose weight? A good breakfast will help you to eat less
during the day because breakfasts lend themselves to
high fibre foods like whole grain cereals causing you to
be not as hungry throught the day.
Over the past few years, the time it takes to have a new drug approved by
Health Canada has dropped from over 19 months in 2003 to a little over 12
months in 2006. However, the time it took the drug company to reach that
stage could have been ten years.
It's useful to know how to do CPR is someone near you is having a heart
attack. Even if you don't feel your skills are current, the very least you can do
is call 911 and start chest compressions right away at the rate of about 100
per minute. New courses in CPR are now recommending a 30:2 ratio
between chest compressions and ventilation. However, just doing chest
compressions could save a life.
Americans spend $7,000 per person per year on average on medical care.
This is almost twice as much as ten years ago. With all this money spent, the
U.S. still has the highest death rate of 19 industrialized nations from
treatable diseases like high blood pressure, cervical and colon cancer and
appendicitis.
We encourage you to take responsibility for your health. One way is to
carry a list of all your medications with you at all times. Include a description
of the tablet or capsule with your list.

The proposed expansion and upgrade of the Grand Bend STF will service

treatment plant be selected as the preferred design for meeting the Study
Area's immediate and future sewage treatment needs.
