JANE GIFFIN-GLAVE MEMORIAL GOLF & DINNER TOURNAMENT
JUNE 27TH, 2008
"WEEKENDTO END BREAST CANCER"
"Never in our wildest dreams did we think
this day would be such a huge success".
Wow wasn't that a party
We would like to thank everyone who
came out and helped us in anyway in sup-
port of Jane. To the people who golfed,
came out for dinner, and joined us for
fun and friendship. To all who spon-
sored a hole, donated gifts
and prizes as well as donat-
ing your time and services
we give you a big thank you,
without you the day would
not have been so successful.
Cam Doig and Carol Anne
owners of the Seaforth Golf
& Country Club were excel-
lent hosts of the golf tourna-
ment. We thank you for all your
expertise and help in getting us
through all our planning. We could not
have done it without you.
Nat Glavin & her helpers for preparing
such a delicious meal thank you so
much.
To Doug & Deb Case and family mem-
bers (including Fred Campbell) for their
endless help they gave us (especially all the
late golf meetings) and for the use of their
beautiful farm for our meal and party
place. Thank you, thank you.
Our auction was a great success raising
$2,500. Our auctioneer Johnny and
his Vanna Whites did a
fantastic job, thank you.
Just know that each and
every one of you that
contributed to our golf
tournament are very
special and we thank
you from the bottom
of our hearts.
A special thanks to Mike Britnell for the
fabulous job with all the signs and banner,
they were truly an asset to our day.
We raised aprox. $ 10,000 for "The
Weekend to End Breast Cancer'.
Thank you all and let's pray our con-
tributions will soon be rewarded by finding
the cure for this horrible disease.
You are all welcome to come and join and
support us across the finish line on Sept. 7.
We know our "Valentines Angel" Jane will
be with us every step of the way.
