We feel truly blessed (and mom did too) to have such wonderful people in our lives during Mom's last six months of life. Whether you dropped by with food, to take the dog for a walk, to visit with mom, to help with shopping, or household chores, or just to stop by and say hello, your love and caring was felt and appre- ciated and made a difference. To mom's nurses and doctors and all the other medical pro- fessionals who eased her way, thank you just doesn't seem to be enough. Know that your very presence, professionalism and genuine caring and sinceri- ty brought us reassurance and comfort even in the toughest times. A special thank you to everyone who helped clear out Mom's house readying it to sell. Without your help, the task would have been emotion- ally demanding and time-con- suming.
