Weekly minor soccer scores
U7
The U7 Gold team
played another very
strong game against
the Purple Team.
Vannesa and Kobe
played very smart
offensively which
helped Cameron,
Nathan and Colin
score several goals
each. Kennedy played
enthusiastically in
any position and was
very close many
times to landing the
ball in the net. Nolan,
Alexis and Meghan
were solid defenders
and never allowed a
shot on our net.
Great skills are devel-
oping Gold team!
U9 Red

Gold 0
Goals: Lucas (2),

Comments: A great
game played by all
the kids on a hot and
muggy night. The
defensive team of
Zach and Cameron
were amazing and
preserved the shutout
for Hailey. The team
played great. Keep it
up RED.
U9 Blue
Blue played U9
Green. it ended in a
tie 3-3. Excellent goal
tending by Megan
and Andrew. Good
team work everyone.
U9
June 24
Goalies: Brian and
Jordan
Goals: Nicole
We had the best
game ever against a
very hard team.
Larry and James
did great defending,
Robyn played like a
true terrier, Nicole
and Charlie had some
great plays. Carter
got in some great
tackles. Jordan did
some great defensive
moves and saves.
Brian did some bril-
liant saves. Martina
as usual played her
heart out and smiled
all the way.
June 26
Exeter Green 3 ver-
sus 3 Exeter Blue
Goalies: Scott and
Jordan
Goals: Martine (2)
Nicole
Another excellent
passing game, every-
body tried really hard
especially with only
one substitute. Keep
up the great work.
The team found it
hard playing against
their friends, but they
did what had to be
done.
U13
June 25
South Huron's U13
girls played an excit-
ing game against
Lambeth. After domi-
nating the first half,
Lambeth fought a
hard battle in the
second. However, the
girls were able to pull
off a tie, scoring 2-2.
Goals were scored by
Kelsey Becker and
Morgan Allen. Good
work team!!
U13 Boys
South Huron 4 ver-
sus Kensal Park 4
A remarkable
game, with excellent
team play, solid
defence and tireless
forward play.
Lots of running and
intelligent opening up
of space by Kurtis,
Rob, Jason, Ryan,
Jake, Sean, Ryan,
Mark Anthony and
Chris. We created
lots of chances
against a good team
with a well organised
defence and we took
many of them. Goals
from Rob (2), Kurtis
and Joseph.
The undoubted goal
of the game, maybe
season, was an cor-
ner taken short to
Kurtis just inside the
box who performed
an overhead kick to
land the ball on the
line for Rob to tap in.
