It is their first year in intermediate soccer and the Pumaz have been making an impact in their division. On June 7-8 they entered their first select tournament, the Middlesex United Invitational. They knocked out a strong London team in round robin play, 1-0 and also sent home a team from Burlington after an intense match. In the finals, with eight minutes to play and deadlocked at 0-0, the game was called for severe weather.A coin toss was used to decide the winner, which left South Huron with the silver medal.
