Sunlight seems to activate the cold sore virus in some people. Some lip balms do contain a sunscreen for good protection. Remember to apply all sunscreen products 30-60 minutes prior to sun exposure. If one of your nutrition goals is to increase your vegetable intake, do it slowly. For some people, eating more Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and onions may cause them to feel bloated and gaseous. This is true for any high fibre -containing product. Start with a low "dose" and increase slowly. Goingto the Olympic Games in Beijing this summer? There is a goodchancethat smog levels in the city may be high.
