Meet Fred Godbolt, FINANCIAL ADVISOR, INSURANCE
SPECIALIST, NEW FATHER, HOCKEY FANATIC, GOLF ENTHUSIAST,
THIRD GENERATION BUSINESS OWNER.
FRED RETURNED TO HIS HOMETOWN of Exeter October 2006
to join George and Paul and the Godbolt, Cuifo Insurance &
Financial Services Team. In January, Fred became a partner in
the business. This marks the third generation of the Godbolt
family in the business, as Fred follows in the footsteps of his
father George and his grandfather, Gerald. Fred graduated from
the University of Waterloo in 1998 with an Honours degree in
Chemical Engineering. After working for almost a decade in
corporate management, most recently in insurance and
financial services, he made the decision to move home. Fred
and his wife Christina began building their lives in Exeter, and
became new parents early this year. As a young boy growing up
in Exeter, Fred played a lot of hockey. His love for the game has
continued and he still plays recreational hockey twice a week.
In the "off-season", Fred enjoys a round or two of golf at the
local courses. With a belief in giving back to the community,
Fred has been a Big Brother through the Big Brother/Big Sister
program for over eight years. What is Fred's greatest passion?
Following in his family's tradition: helping clients develop
financial plans that are consistent with their personal goals and
objectives.

Plan Number 1-3-619 FAMILY HOME WITH COUNTRY CHARM Mullioned windows and barn -style garage doors lend this three-bedroom ran h -style home an
air of country charm. A special feature is the spacious bonus room over the double garage, which could provide a children's play area, a studio or a noise -proof
room for band practice. Entry is through a compact foyer, with a coat closet to the left and a triangular display area for collectibles. Directly ahead is the great
room, where sloping ceilings add a touch of drama. The comer fireplace will attract visitors and family members alike during the cooler months. Large windows
look out to a sundeck. The great room, dining room and kitchen flow seamlessly into one another. The dining room boasts french doors that open on to a
covered deck that adjoins the sundeck as well as an optional built -out buffet. The kitchen is separated from the other rooms by a six -sided eating bar and prep
island. The cooktop is set into this island, so guests and family can chat with the cook during meal preparation. The window over the double sink features an
extra -deep sill for plants and collectibles, and there's a spacious walk-in pantry. A door from the kitchen goes to the laundry room, which contains a closet, and
gives access to the double garage. The master suite, located at the back of the home for privacy, includes an ensuite with a soaker tub, located in a bayed -out
area with a window. There is also a corner shower stall. The walk-in closet will provide ample room for even the most fashion -conscious couple's clothing. The
second and third bedrooms are separated from the master suite by a three-piece bathroom and a linen closet. The two bedrooms are relatively equal in size, but
one features french doors to the front veranda. The home's exterior is finished in horizontal siding, with contesting vertical siding in the gables. Painted wooden
columns with stone bases lend a classical aura. The home measures 47 feet wide by 59 feet deep, for a total of 1,828 square feet, not including the unfinished
basement included with the plans. Plans for design 1-3-619 are available for $617 (set of 5), $694 (set of 8) and $743 for a super set of 10. B.C. residents add
7% Prov. Sales Tax. Also add $25.00 for Priority charges within B.C. or $45.00 outside of B.C. Please add 5% G.S.T. or 13% H.S.T. (where applicable) to both
the plan price and Priority charges. Our 40th Edition of the Home Plan Catalogue containing over 300 plans is available for $13.50 (includes taxes, postage and
handling). Make all cheques and money orders payable to "Horne Plan of the Week" and mail to: HOME PLAN OF THE WEEK c/o Exeter Times Advocate, Unit 7,
