U7 Red
Blue Team was a force to be
reckoned with but Red Team
put up a good fight. Taylor
Meikle had a lot of touches
early in the game but it was
Jack Robinson scoring the
first goal. Logan Hardie was
an awesome goaltender and
defense with great saves and
strong kicks clearing it out of
the Red end. With her deter-
mination, Aliya-Jade Ford
was able to score the second
goal. The fancy feet on
Tanner Dale helped him move
the ball up the field. Kurt
Gidge showed some serious
hustle challenging the Blue
Team. Nice teamwork from
Kyle Lapointe setting up both
goals.
U7 Blue
Red came out strong and
opened the scoring. Blue bat-
tled back and Peter tied it up.
Hard work on defence by
Hanna and Colin saw Jakob
put the Blue team ahead.
Once again Red came back
and scored to tie it up. An
excellent pass was made to
Emma infront of the net and
she put it away to put Blue in
the lead. Ben, Jillian and
Michelle each had some close
scoring oppurtunities.
Dylan, Jakob and Lexy
dialed it up a notch on
defence and Lexy made a
great pass to Peter for a goal.
Logan and Hanna were work-
ing really hard on offence to
feed Peter a few more times.
Kudos to the red team for a
tough battle.
U9 Blue 1
SH 1 versus North
Middlesex 2.
Comments: Good goal tend-
ing by Wes Chad and Nathan.
The goal was scored by
Jakob. Nice plays were made
by Jacqelyn and Andrew.
Good game everyone.

Exeter Green (1) 2 versus 4
Grand Brend (3) Gold
Great saves by the goalies
Deandra and Kyle.
Scott ran his heart out, had
some awsome breaks.
Everyone else played really
well. Robyn tackled and tack-
led and tackled, just what she
was supposed to do. Keep up
the great work. Maggie

Comments: A good game
marked with a lot of passing
and solid play in net by Zach
Brintnell and Evan Hardie,
helped out by great defensive
play by the defenders
throughout the game.
Remember to stick to your
position so that when the ball
come to where you SHOULD
be, you are there to meet it
and take advantage of the
room that you have to run.
Great work guys - good to
see the jump back in your
game this week!!

South Huron Thunder 4
versus South Huron Lighting
1
Entertaining local derby
with two evenly matched
teams. The main difference
between the two was "Junior"
of the Thunder (we know who
you are Amanda Verbeke).
Full marks to the Lighting
girls for never giving up and a
well taken goal by Maaike of
the Lighting was some
reward for their efforts.
Keep up the great work
girls.

South Huron's U13 girls
played an amazing home
game on Wednesday winning
against Strathroy Rhythm 4-2.
Goals: Alexa Sereda (2),
Kelsey Becker and Morgan
Allen
Comments: Nicole Regier
and Aimee Rush played awe-
some mid -field. Nice win
team!!

Forest Falcons 2 versus
South Huron 1
With so much possesion the
result does not tell the story of
the game but tonight the guys
learned there is only one stat
that counts. If only they had
Peter Bonetti in goals.
Play of the game: Kevin
Mann running the length of
the field to challenge back
and break up an attack, then
bringing the ball out to
halfway and playing a accu-
rate pass to the forwards.
Comments: Lets all keep up
the good work and we will be
rewarded with goals.
