Responsibilities would include: • Preventative and proactive maintenance of grain elevators, processing equipment, fertilizer and custom application equipment • Welding to include fitting and fabrication • Troubleshooting - equipment breakdowns and repairs • Blueprint reading and comprehension Applicants would ideally have two years welding and cutting experience and also have a minimum of a DZ driver's licence. The ability to climb with no fear of heights is a necessity and you must be willing to work overtime during peak periods. Knowledge of grain cleaning equipment and HACCP proce- dures would be considered an asset. I LOVE TO DO ALL SORTS OF THINGS WITH IT AND HAVE ENJOYED DRINKS, CRISPS, SAUCES, AND DESSERTS. THE FOLLOWING RECIPE CAME FROM FAYE WHO I WORK WITH AND IT MAKES A FUN, UNIQUE DESSERT FOR THE GANG. 6 cup rhubarb washed, cut in small pieces I cup white sugar 1 pkg. jello 2 cup mini marshmallows Layer the above ingredients in a 9 by 13 inch pan starting with the rhubarb and ending with the marshmallows. Mix together 1/4 cup shortening I/2 cup white sugar I egg 1/2 cup milk 3/4 cup flour I - la tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt When mixed well put over the marshmallows and bake in a 350 oven for about 40 minutes or till nicely browned and bubbly.
