Easy Salad Dressing
I HAVE COME TO ENJOY MAKING MY OWN VERY SIMPLE SALAD
DRESSING. I CHOSE TO USE IT AT OUR DAUGHTER'S
WEDDING AS IT IS JUST THAT SIMPLE BUT SO GOOD! MY
MOM GOT ME STARTED MAKING IT WHEN THEY COTTAGED
WITH US IN THE SUMMER OF 2007. IT SEEMED THAT THIS
WAS ONE OF THE DRESSINGS SHE ENJOYED THE MOST AND IT
MADE THE SALAD SO FRESH TASTING! I HAVE SERVED IT UP
MANY TIMES SINCE AND PASSED THE RECIPE OUT MANY TIMES
OVER, SO BE SURE TO GIVE IT A TRY.
1/2 cup of olive oil
I/2 cup vinegar (white wine, balsamic, red wine, rice wine
or white all work)
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup parmesan and herb shaker seasoning
Mix all ingredients and drizzle over a mixed green salad. Easy
but oh so good!!
