made up of players with great team spirit, and positive attitudes. Great season Tyke

Kathy McLlwain (skating coach). 2007/2008 season was a great success for the Tyke
WhiteTeam. Every game was a team effort that helped us achieve a 70 plus per cent
win rate. The season was highlighted by Carter McLlwain's 130 goal season. Great work
Carter! Also after Christmas, Justin Goodwin stepped in as our number one goalie, and
by keeping the puck out of our net helped us achieve such a high win rate. Line mates
Luke Andrews and James Boyle added a great one two punch to our offense as well.
Our team had a great rookie squad as well this year. Nick Bedard showed he has great
wheels and a scoring touch too. Dylan Relouw has become a great defense man. Jack
McLlwain, Dylan Kints, Jaret Myatte and Jacob Hill showed great improvement at skat-
ing and handling the puck..Also our two girls on our team, Jenna Myatte and Cassie
Maier had great years as well. Both have improved in skating as well as going to the net.
Special thanks to our team's trainer, Mandy Andrews for keeping us all in great shape all
Season. PHOTO/$NAP SHOT PHOTOGRAPHY)

Cameron Hanson, Brett Reid, Nicholas Overholt, Connor McCann. Notes on sea-
son:After a slow start to the season (One win and 10 losses - 108 goals against 15
goals for) the second half of the season proved to be much better. Once this team
got comfortable with their positions and playing together they found themselves hav-
ing a lot more fun. In the second half they finished with a record of 3 wins 5 losses 3
ties (one tie was against the first place team) they cut their goals against in half and
more than doubled their goals for (52 goals against 35 goals for) The team was really
playing well and missed out on the next round of OMHA play downs by two points.
They finished 'A' runnerup in the Gord Hymers tournament in Listowel and finished
their Shamrock 'D'pool league play down as champions. This group of kids came a
long way from the start of the season and the parents and coaching staff are very
proud!! Way to go Sabres!! (PHOTO/SNAP SHOT PHOTOGRAPHY)
