We are grateful for the numer- ous acts of kindness, cards, flowers, food, emails, prayers and memorial donations. A very special thank you to our dear friends Sidney and Rhonda, Alvin and Joyce, and Jack and Janet, your friendship, visits and help has meant so much to us. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Datema, Dr. Hughes, Dr. Franklin and his team and Andrea, Dr. Kocha and Rosemary, and the numerous other Dr's and nurses at LHSC, Stratford General and Seaforth Community Hospital. Thanks to the chemotherapy and radia- tion departments at LHSC, CCAC and Care Partners par- ticularly Lee Ann and Trish. Thanks to Jeff and Paul Lockhart for their guidance with the funeral arrangements, Rev. Rob Congram, the pall- bearers, Tom for the great memories gave of John's life, Sarah, Rachel and Mallory for the beautiful music during the service, a very special touch; and to the ladies of Cromarty Presbyterian Church for the lovely lunch. A grateful thank you to Glen Elliott, Robert Roney, Ed VanRoessel, Jason Christie, Mike Finlayson, Murray Gordner for your help with the farmwork and anyone else who helped in any way. To Wilfred Elliott thank you for your countless efforts and expertise and to Uncle Wayne and Aunt Pat, your help was greatly appreciated. A big thank you to all that have been extra kind to the boy's - your thoughtfulness will be forever remembered. Thank -you to the staff at South Huron Hospital for your caring and empathetic kindness, espe- cially to Dr. Farrell, Nancy Hodgert, Marg Williamson, and Sherri Leis. Thank -you to the Victim Service Response Teams in Huron and Oxford Counties for all of your sup- port. Thank -you to the staff at LHSC Trauma Unit for your compassionate care, especially Karen Pierre, Lisa Harkness, Deb, Ashley and Macy. "A person is eligible to be an Annual Member where he or she pays to the Corporation the annual membership fee for individuals." "No member (including Life Members) shall be entitled to vote at any meetings of the Corporation unless the member has paid all dues or fees at least sixty (60) days prior to the date of the meeting" Annual Memberships run from April 1 of one year to March 31 of the next year.
