$35,000 donation —The Andersen Corporate Foundation recently helped out South Huron Hospital's $1.6
million capital campaign by making a $35,000 donation. From left are clinical resource nurse Brenda Palsa,

Industries, a subsidiary of Andersen Windows and Doors employs 165 people and has been in business since

POLICE BRIEF
Impaired driver hits
snow bank twice
EXETER — On March 29 an officer on patrol in Exeter
observed an approaching motor vehicle on Sanders
Street strike the snow bank twice. The officer stopped
the vehicle and investigation confirmed that the driver
was impaired. The driver was arrested for impaired dri-
ving and was taken to a qualified Breathalyzer techni-
cian where he provided two samples of his breath. The
reading confirmed the driver was over the legal limit of
80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood in his
system. A 22 -year-old Bluewater man has had his
licence suspended for 90 days and will return to Exeter
Court June 26, answering to one charge of driving with
over 80 milligrams of alcohol and one charge of
impaired driving.
