Exeter Junior B Huron -Perth Playoffs Exeter 8 versus Seaforth 4 Exeter goals: Brooke Gielen (3), Jessica Hamather (2), Alana Hodgert, Abbey Brintnell, Kristina Troyer Exeter assists: Morgan Powe (2), Emily Boyle, Charlotte McEwan Exeter wins their 14th in a row. Brittany Parker wins her 30th game of the year, and now has a goals against average of 2.74. Featured Players of the week: Emily Boyle: This is Emily's 10th year of Ringette. She plays defense and is unstoppable along the boards. Emily is a dedicated team- mate who rarely misses a game. Stats: 5 goals, 13 assists, 18 points and 32 minutes in penalties. Brooke Gielen: Brooke is one of the assistant captains and is a team leader on and off the ice. She plays centre has a great scoring touch and is strong in both ends of the ice. Brooke also leads the team in penal- ty minutes. Stats: 36 goals, 22 assists, 58 points and 54 minutes in penalties. Tween C March 13 St. Marys 10 versus Exeter 2 Goals: Meagan McVeeney and Jayden Vanneste Assist: Meagan McVeeney Goaltender: Kyrstin Krainz We put out our best effort. Good job. Minor hockey scores Tyke Red March 15 South Huron 3 versus Lucan Green 9 Goals: Ashley Keller, Harrison Bowman (2) Assists: Jayda Consitt, Joel Denotter (2), Justin Pym, Ryan Gibbings, Noah MacGregor Comments: The Sabres played a hard game once again - never giving up. Ashley started the scor- ing off for the Sabres fol- lowed by back-to-back goals by Harrison. Great defensive playing by Justin, Joel and Jayda. Jacob Ryan was out- standing in goal. The star players of the game were Jacob Ryan, Joel Denotter, Jayda Consitt and Harrison Bowman. The Tykes are excited about their upcoming game this week where they will face off against "the par- ents".
