Becoming sisters through the BBBSSH
By Pat Bolen
TIMES -ADVOCATE STAFF
EXETER — "We introduce each
other as sisters," say Tara Moerman
of Lucan and Kristy Mostrey of
Varna, who for the
last two years
have been together
as Big and Little
sisters through the
Big Brothers Big
Sisters of South
Huron.

Moerman says she
got involved in the
program when a
friend decided to
join and says being
around Mostrey
has allowed her to

as well as activities
such as shopping, yard
sales, the Science
Centre in Toronto.
Moerman and
Mostrey say they are
planning to stay as Big
and Little Sister into
the future and Mostrey
adds she is hoping to
become a Big Sister
when she turns 16.
Moerman says she
doesn't know whether she'd be able

When the organization suffered
financial difficulties recently, the
