Plan Number 2-3-693 BASEMENT ENTRY -GREAT FOR OUTDOOR LIVING This three-bedroom home is de gned for outdoor living, thanks to the large sundeck
on the main floor, which opens up the kitchen and dining area to the garden, as well as a covered patio off t e unfinished basement, where two bedrooms and a
roughed -in three-piece bath set the stage for an in-law suite or mortgage -helper. The covered entryway incl des a railed porch area that's large enough to
accommodate a couple of chairs for summertime lounging. Immediately inside, part of the foyer is open to the floor above, creating a sense of space. To the
right is a den, with windows that look out to the covered porch. Adjacent are the laundry room and a coat closet, and to the right, a U-shaped staircase leads to
the main floor, with storage space tucked underneath. The spacious great room, which flows seamlessly into the dining area, features a bayed -out space with a
gabled window, as well as a built-in gas fireplace. The dining area's built-in buffet is sure to be a useful addition to the room. Sliding doors open to the sundeck,
which will be a popular spot in the warmer months for al fresco meals. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by an eating bar, designed for informal
snacks and light meals. A window over the double sink will allow plenty of daylight into the space. The counter configuration, which almost creates a closed
circle, will save the cook many steps, and the pantry will provide always -welcome storage space. The master suite overlooks the back garden for privacy, and
includes a walk-in closet. The ensuite is fitted with a corner shower stall, while the bathroom next door, shared by the second and third bathrooms, has a tub.
Both the secondary bedrooms have corner windows. A linen closet is conveniently placed between the shared bathroom and the master suite. The double
garage has access to the foyer. Exterior finishes include vertical board -and -batten siding, painted trim, brick accents and decorative shingles in the gables. This
home measures 38 feet, four inches wide by 50 feet, four inches deep, for a total of 1,337 square feet. Plans for design 2-3-693 are available for $520 (set of
5), $580 (set of 8) and $628 for a super set of 10. B.C. residents add 7% Prov. Sales Tax. Also add $25.00 for Priority courier charges within B.C. or $45.00
outside of B.C. Please add 5% G.S.T. or 13% H.S.T. (where applicable) to both the plan price and postage charges. Our NEW 40th Edition of the Home Plan
Catalogue containing over 300 plans is available for $13.50 (includes taxes, postage and handling). Make all cheques and money orders payable to "Home Plan
