Below are sisters three-year-old Mackenzie and four-year-old Alex Stasik on wagon "horses" from Hay Communications. Parade winners were in first place HairBenders, second place Hay Communications and third place ForestAg.An honourable mention was given to the Colonial Hotel/Gables. Above, Derik's 9's won the co-ed Snowpitch Tournament. Some other carnival winners are: Ms/Mister Carnival Pageant, Stephanie McClennan, first place (Riverbend),Andy McGuire, second place (Aunt Gussies) and Sarah Kennedy, third place (Sobeys). Snow sculpture winners are Best Detail-Tenderspot/Bud Ford, Best Colour-Bailie's Picture Framing/Barry Richman, Best Representation of Carnival Riverbend and the Colonial Hotel. New Legion members The Women of Today hosted its annual Health,Wellness and Craft Sale, with 20 other vendors participating from the Grand Bend area.Above left Marla Cairns of Marla's Home Baking displays her baked goods, while Zelda Woods of Biz -Zee Garden Fare showcases her homemade all nat- ural hot sauces, chutneys, pickles and herbs. Scrapbooking was also part of the event. Welcome —The Exeter Legion Branch 167 recently welcomed new members.
