Also pulling the needle out too quickly after depressing the plunger can result in a lower dose injected. How is your injection technique? Water is an important part of our diet. It helps transport nutrients, enzymes, hormones and blood cells throughout the body. It aids in the excretion of wastes and toxins from the body via out urine. It also helps lubricate our joints and mucus membranes and helps regulate body temperature by releasing and absorbing heat. Make sure you drink enough water every day., Capsaicin is the ingredient in chili peppers that make it hot. Ironically, this chemical is actually good for your stomach. It has been found to rescue the risk of stomach ulcers. This is a long way from the bland diet that used to be prescribed for ulcer patients many years ago. Actually, capsaicin -containing creams are used to reduce the pain of the lesions caused by shingles. It does cause a burning sensation on the skin but at the same time it ties up the nerve endings so the pain signals don't get through to the brain thus acting as a pain -reliever. Odd but true!
