(photo/Pat Bolen) POLICE BRIEF Bluewater man fails breath test BLUEWATER — A R.I.D.E. check was con- ducted Nov. 24 on Airport Line in Bluewater. A motorist was arrested after failing the road- side Alcotest. The driver was taken to the Exeter detachment where he provided two samples of his breath, both of which were over the legal limit of 80 mgs. A 34 -year-old Bluewater man will appear in Exeter Court Jan. 24 to answer to a charge of driving with over 80 mgs of alcohol in his system.
