Going ... going ...gone — Fourteen -year-old South Huron District High School student Greg Mason of Zurich had his long locks lopped off last week, donating
his hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths to be made into wigs for children undergoing cancer treatments. Cutting Mason's hair, above centre, is hairstylist Mardelle King at

CHRISTMAS TREES
HAVE ARRIVED!
BALSAM FIR (6'-8' Available)
Balsam Fir has a deep-seated tradition in Canada, being
one of the first evergreens people selected as Christmas
trees. It has an attractive shape, deep green foliage, a pli-
able, soft texture and is not prickly. Best suited to light,
medium-sized ornaments. The Balsam Fir has a strong
sweet fragrance, making it one of the most sought after
trees on the market.
FRASER FIR (6'-8' Available)
The 'Ultimate' Christmas tree. Long-lasting and fragrant,
this is the perfect tree for decorating. It's pliable, yet stur-
dy branches can handle heavier ornaments, while the
space between branches makes hanging easy. This tree is
gaining tremendous recognition as an outstanding
Christmas tree. It has a very pleasant sweet scent and is
deep silvery green.
SCOTCH PINE (6'-9' Available)
Traditionally a very popular choice, because of its
longevity in the home if properly cared for. Blue-green
to green foliage with long, stiff and somewhat prickly
texture. The Scotch Pine has a pleasant fragrance and
will take heavy ornaments.
