PRESIDENT -EXETER MOHAWKS
SR. "A" HOCKEY CLUB
EXETER — Welcome to
the Mohawk Minute.
This weekly article has
been designed to keep our
fans up to date in respect
to the "newest team in
town."
It will be an article to
highlight our players, the
team, our history,
Mohawk trivia and
upcoming events.
I would like to start this
first Mohawk Minute by
thanking all of our spon-
sors, fans, volunteers,
South Huron Rec Centre
staff, the Times -Advocate
and our executive.
Without the strong sup-
port of all of you, we
would not be able to ice a
competitive team.
I would also like to
thank all our players for
their commitment and
dedication to the
Mohawks.
With that said I would
be remiss if I didn't extend
my thanks to the wives,
fiancees, girlfriends and
children of our players.
Your support of the guys
and the team is greatly
appreciated.
Each month we will be
hosting special events. On
Oct. 27 the Mohawks will
hold a Breast Cancer
Awareness night.
There will be raffles and
giveaways in support of
this cause.
All proceeds from the
draws, donations and half
of all game admissions
will go directly to fight
breast cancer.
For more information or
if you'd like to support this
event e-mail exetermo-
