Pioneer helps campaign grow
Pioneer donates $5,000 — Pioneer recently gave a boost to the $1.6 million South
Huron Hospital campaign with a $5,000 donation. Harold Vanderglass of Pioneer said,
"Pioneer is pleased to support the campaign with a $5,000 donation. The hospital is a vital

Russian quilting show
comes to Ailsa Craig
AILSA CRAIG — The Russian Exhibit is under way at
Cotton -By -Post Quilt Shoppe on the Main Street in Ailsa
Craig, with over 130 quilts on display created by
Russian master quitters.
Several workshops and lectures are being held, as
well as a fashion show three times during the week,
with the final show Oct. 20 at 6 p.m. Russian food and
wine will be served, while music will entertain the
guests.
