were so glad to see
Martin Andrews back
after a lengthy absence.
Mary Jacobe won the
50/50 draw.
Glena Olcen showed
slides of "Women
Around the World" on
Sept. 13. Faye wel-
comed Ron and Shirley
Keller back from the
west where they had
spent the summer
months. Prizes were
won by Marion Skinner,
Howard Holtzmann and
Edna Brintnell. A sym-
pathy card was sent to
Helen Hindle on the
death of her daughter.
On Sept. 18 Faye
introduced Bev
Campbell, Bill Waddell
and Alice Waddell to
our dining program.
We welcome them back
again each week. Faye
had a reading and an
agriculture quiz.
Burdene Morgan gave a
humorous reading. A
thank you note was
sent to the Lutheran
Church in Dashwood for
the lovely table favors
they had contributed
this summer Four vio-
let plants were won by
Olive Thomson, Doris
Edwards, Howard
Holtzmann and Mavis
Atthill.
Marlene Mathers
graced us with her gift
of music on Sept. 25.
Fall serviettes were
won by Mike Garrant,
Audrey McRoberts, Joe
Wilds, and Maida
Gaiser.
Josie Ryckman and
Marion Dearing have
been keeping our table
decorations lovely with
their flower center-
pieces. Thanks goes
out to both of them.
We have a gentleman
who has a collection of
40 playing records from
various artists. This
individual would like to
pass these on to some-
one. If you are inter-
ested give Faye a call
and she will pass your
name on to him.
We have a gentleman
in Exeter who would
like to play bridge and
wondered if there was a
group or a person who
would like to also play.
