Tech Support Specialist
As part of the IT team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the
corporate network and related software apps, telecom, network servers, switches and
routers. Duties also include maintaining appropriate user access to systems, maintaining
and updating network documentation, diagnosis and resolution of technical problems and
assisting with the planning and implementation of tech projects.
You will have extensive experience in a network environment, personal computers
(hardware and software) and Windows 2003 server and XP workstation. Knowledge of
Citrix and Cisco IOS would be an asset.
