Teresa 011a`ra gkaer saxes` Teresa Ondrejicka, Sales Manager, Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities - includes Huron Village Green, Riverview Estates and Northville Estates. Teresa brings 30 years of solid real estate experience to a position that involves re- sales and total home renovation projects along with marketing and promotion for the communities. As a child, Teresa remembers driving by Huron Village Green with her dad and imagining it to be full of dollhouses, all neatly in a row with little trees and well manicured lawns everywhere you looked. 40 years later, Huron Village Green has a rich historial past and is now being converted to a charming coun- try village. Teresa views this project as one that encompasses a lot of the values she holds near and dear to her. Firstly, it's a very green and environmentally correct project - restoring homes from the past and giving them a current and updated look by offering such things as total exterior renovations, new sunrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. This is certainly a better idea then demolishing them and starting over especially when the homes were well built and have many years of life left in them. Secondly, this is a project that can be termed afford- able housing friendly with prices starting at $69,900 so it opens the doors to many more people. Thirdly, it is green in every sense of the word. Thousands of trees, large open geenspaces and plans to reforest this urban setting appeals to her many years of association with the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority. Working for Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities which is a large Canadian owned company that is commited to each and every community they own is exactly where I want to be at this stage in my real estate career. Let me extend an invitation to all to drop by our sales office and see what a little imagination and a whole lot of expertise can do to a community in lust one year. I guarantee you'll be amazed!
