CATHERINE SWANCE, came to Innovative Flooring in the year 2000 (the year of Exeter's flood). Her expertise of colour and design from her floral and arts background quickly became apparent. She enjoys working with her clients - with a "let's go shopping, together" attitude. Finding the price and product that matches your budget. She is a great asset to contractors, as she walks new home owners through the tedious decisions of room to room decorating. TINA McCLURE, a graduate of Interior Design from St. Clair College of Applied Arts & Technology enjoys helping customers sort out their ideas to creat a design solution. Bathroom and kitchens are her favourite. She can draw your plan in 3D so that you have a bet- ter visual understanding of what your space will look like. This can be a good tool because the details have been worked out in advance, which is a great asset to the contractor. We are enjoying her expertise in our store. INNOVATIVE FLOORING caters to the contractors, home own- ers and the handyman . Our experienced installers make organizing your renovation easier because you can have all your flooring taken care of in one store. We specialize in hardwood, laminate, ceramic, carpet, vinyl and cork. the eweller box 1382 Main St. Exeter "It's been an amazing journey, and I wouldn't change a minute of it!" That's how Mary Hulley describes the first three years of owning her own business. Located at 382 Main St. in Exeter, The Jewellery Box had been somthing Mary and her husband Doug had been thinking about for quite some time. Mary had perviously worked in the jewellery industry for over 13 years, both in retail and as a goldsmith. "I think it's an enormous benefit to my business that I am able to do the majority of the jewellery repairs in the shop myself. Customers appreciate the fact that their items don't leave the store and are completed in just a few days." The Jewellery Box carries a broad range of items typically found in a jewellery store including gold, silver, diamonds, watches and more. However, Mary feels that it is the mix of new and exciting products that keep customers returning. "We try to bring in some unique pieces for our customers as well as cover a wide price range. Consumers are look- ing for 'branded' items and we have been very fortunate in choosing some great lines exclusive to our area." Mary is also quick to point out that none of this would be possible to achieve on her own. " I've got a great staff who go above and beyond to make this work, and my family is very encouraging. The loyalty our cus- tomers have shown these past three years has been tremendous! We are really grateful for the support Exeter and the surrounding communities have extended to us, and look forward to serving them in the future!" Sandra believes in making your house a home and has strived for this since she put those words on her first business cord. Her business has evolved from choosing just the right paint colour, to sitting down with clients over a blueprint, sketching a floor plan or a kitchen design that suits each individual (or physically mapping it out on the floor with tape to help the client understand how its going to look), taking people step by step through a renovation or taking charge when clients don't have the time. Sandra feels she will try to to whatever it takes to make this process as easy and enjoyable as possible for her clients.
