POLICE BRIEF
Teens face charges
GRAND BEND — Lambton OPP have charged four 17
year old males from London after they were found in
possession of suspected narcotics and liquor in Grand
Bend Aug. 25. It is alleged an officer had an opportuni-
ty to check out a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot on
Ontario Street in Grand Bend. Investigation revealed
that the four males were in possession of alcohol.
Further investigation revealed that the driver of the
vehicle was also in possession of a small amount of
suspected marijuana and paraphernalia consistent
with packaging and trafficking the drug. Each male
faces a charge under the Liquor Licence Act. The dri-
ver and a passenger face an additional charge of pos-
session for the purpose of trafficking under the
Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. They will appear
in Sarnia Court Sept. 20.
