(photo/Nina Van Lieshout) By Nina Van Lieshout TIMES -ADVOCATE STAFF MOUNT CARMEL — An elderly cou- ple were found slain Monday in a farmhouse on Bronson Line in Stephen Township between Crediton Road and South Road. Police refused to identify the couple, believed to be husband and wife but neighbours and friends close to the couple say they are Bill and Helene Regier of Mount Carmel, longtime resi- scene, swarming the farmhouse for several hours. Bronson Line was blocked off between Crediton Road and South Road as the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch under the direction of Detective Inspector Dave Cardwell and the Huron OPP Crime Unit continued its investigation.
