PET ADOPTION BULLETIN Huron OSPCA (Ontario Humane Society) ELFIE Effie is a 1 -year-old male, neutered, domestic shorthaired, white with black cat. Elfie was given up by his owner due to health and financial problems. He came into the shelter with his mom, Amanda. Ellie is great cat and full of spunk. He seems to be addicted to cat nip and really lets loose upon receiving a dose. Elfie was a bit shy at first and had difficult adjusting to his new home at the shelter. We hope that he can go to a new home soon as he would be happier with a family.
