Joe & Martina (29*) 105 Cards of Thanks HODGERT - How do I begin to say "thank you" for such a won- derfully happy occasion of an 80th birthday? The "Open House" at the Lions Youth Centre was so very special to me, and only so because so many of you, my friends & rela- tives, came to offer Best Wishes to this old girl, and to mingle with folk they may not have seen for some time. And the dinner! - the food was fabulous, and so delicious! My sincere thanks to all who came, to so many friends who sent a birthday card, for the variety of gifts and remem- brances, and to my family for the gift of Love, in their planning and presentation of this awesome event. I am so pleased and proud of you, and I will cherish the many memories. Jean (29*) 106 In Memoriam DICKINS - In memory of Laurie, our special friend and teammate who passed away July 12, 2006. We cannot lose the ones we love For even when they're gone, We feel their gentle presence in the hush of every dawn. We see them in the sunlight that makes the day so bright, In the flowers of the springtime and in the stars at night The heart is like a treasure chest that's filled with souvenirs, It's there we keep the memories we've gathered through the years. We cannot lose the ones we love for they will always stay, In all that's bright and beautiful around us every day, Especially on the ball diamond! The St. Joseph's Angels (29*) LEWIS - In loving memory of Nola Lewis a special Mom & Grama, who passed away on July 21, 2006. As we stood beside your bedside Our hearts were crushed and sore We saw you slowly sinking, And knew they could do no more. In tears we saw you leaving, And we watched you fade away, Our hearts were totally broken, When you left us on that day. Some people say as time goes by, The heartache will subside, But the feelings in our hearts today, Are the same as the day you died. No matter how our lives have changed, No matter what we do, We'll never forget those pre- cious years, The ones we shared with you. Love Bany & Carolyn and fami- ly (29*) WORKMAN - In loving memo- ry of our dear wife and mother, Kathy who died eight years ago July 18, 1999. Very precious memories of a wonderful wife and mother.
