Eight properties will be included on the tour, such as the Sanders Street home of Jim and Pat Scott, seen above. The `Exeter Pond and Backyard Tour' will be held July 20 from 5-8 p.m. and July 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It's the first backyard tour sponsored by the Exeter Lioness Club. Tickets are $10 and will go towards upgrades to Victoria Park planned for spring 2008. Church barbecue July 22 By Mary Peterson CENTRALIA CORRESPONDENT CENTRALIA - Congregations from Centralia and Zion West United Churches continue to join for worship dur- ing July. On July 15 at 10 a.m., Rev. Ray Hagerman will return to Centralia. Rev. Ray will lead worship at Zion on July 22 at 10 a.m. On Sun., July 8, Dave Williams led worship at Zion West United Church. He welcomed everyone, lit the Christ candle, and led the call to worship. Mr. Williams' story for the children was about "Parachutes in Life". Judy Mills provided accompaniment on the piano for the hymns. Looking for an enjoyable barbecue to avoid heating your kitchen during the summer? On July 22, bring your family and friends to a beef barbecue at Centralia United Church from 5 to 7 p.m. for a delicious meal including homemade pies.
