EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Leased Office Space Clinton, Ontario
Farm Credit Canada (FCC), invites Expressions of Interest from anyone interested in leasing office space to
FCC. All proposals must meet the following criteria:
Approximately 2400 usable square feet within one building, offering the entire space on one floor.
Preference will be given to space with high visibility that provides for illuminated exterior signage. At least
seven (7) designated staff parking spaces are required as well as three (3) parking spaces for client parking.
The office space must be within the Town of Clinton.
The building must be accessible to FCC on a 24 hour basis. Heating/cooling/lighting must be available at all
times and under the control of FCC.
The physical characteristics of the building and surrounding area, including the uses of land in the neigh-
bouring area, must be compatible with FCC's intended use as a business office.
The space must be in a good quality building and must be available for tenant fixing by March 1st, 2008.
The term of the lease is negotiable but FCC will likely require a five (5) year term, plus an option to extend
the lease for one additional term of five (5) years. Evening cleaning/janitorial service must be included in the
lease.
