Lucanites wave the flag for Canada Day

Bicycle Rodeo, which saw children manoeuvre through a safety obstacle course and have an

Big winners — Forty-four children participated in the Lucan Optimist Bicycle Rodeo.
Three of them went home the lucky winners of new bikes: from left are Mark Cassidy,Trent

Happy birthday —Above, Lucan Biddulph Coun.Wayne Hall, left, and
Mayor Tom McLaughlin cut the official Canada Day cake Sunday after-
noon. Events at the Lucan Community Memorial Centre Sunday includ-
ed a free barbecue, free swimming, an outdoor concert and beer tent
and games for the kids. Below, the Lucan and Area Jack Russell Racing
Club put on a show.The group, in its second year, is a non-profit, non -
sanctioned racing club open to the public.
