I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMBINATION AND THIS WILL BE A GREAT CHANGE FOR A SUMMER POTATO. YOU COULD REALLY HAVE SOME FUN WITH THE RECIPE AS YOU ADD VEGETABLES OR FRESH HERBS. CHEESE CHUNKS WOULD BE GREAT TOO! BARBECUED POTATOES Melt 1/4 cup butter Mix with 1/4 cup bbq sauce Wash, peel if necessary and cut into wedges or large chunks 5-6 potatoes Slice one onion into rings Toss the potatoes and onion with the sauce till well coated. Sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper and/or fresh herbs. In a well greased Targe piece of foil place the potatoes and onions. Seal tightly and double wrap. Place on the BBQ and cook till tender. Time will vary according to the quantity of potatoes and the size of chunk you used. I would enjoy a strong cheddar cheese in with these as well as a few carrots or sweet potato chunks. Have fun creating!
