Office Administration/Reception
Contract — 5 months
You will provide telephone reception and administrative support for our respiratory therapy team. You
will be responsible for customer service, office administration, general bookkeeping functions, inventory
management, as well as other office support functions. As a member of the Horizon ProHealth team,
you will play an integral part in continuing the success of community respiratory care in the Stratford area.
You have demonstrated skills in office procedures and a working knowledge of word-processing and
spreadsheet software. The ability to work independently as well as the ability to interact and
communicate effectively with both staff and customers is essential. A good understanding of respiratory
products would be an asset and experience with the Assistive Devices Program is preferred.
