SH ended with a final record of 39 wins, 19 losses and four ties. The Sabres also won the "A" cham- pionship in two tourna- ments and were `A' run- nersup in another tour- nament . This team lost in a close series in the novice `CC' semifinals to the undefeated Mt. Bridges team and were finalists in the league "A" playoffs. A special congratulations to Cullen Mercer who scored an amazing 230 goals this season. SH was ahead 3-2 until Parkhill ties it with less than two minutes left in regulation. Parkhill had advantage in five min- utes of overtime but SH goalie Cole Willemsen was outstanding. Cole also stopped seven of nine penalty shooters. SH wms silver to wrap up season. We had several great players up from Novice to assist us as we had 3 players away - Madison Vanneste, Lindsay Govers, Dayna Neeb and Maike Van Wyngarden. They held their own in Petite level.
