Iceculture creates cool new car Panther Profile
TORONTO — Hensall's
Iceculture has a cool new
creation — a Camaro concept
car made out of ice.
Visitors to the recent
Canada International Auto
Show at the Metro
Convention Centre in Toronto
saw the Camaro concept car,
the new, prototype Chevy
performance vehicle from
General Motors.
Outside the Convention
Centre at the Steamwhistle
Brewery in Roundhouse Park
was a three-quarter size ver-
sion of the Camaro built in
ice surrounded by a series of
ice sculptures highlighting
different Olympic sports.
The ice version of the car
was created in the Iceculture
freezer studio in Hensall.
It was then taken apart and
re -assembled at the
Steamwhistle Brewery at the
base of the CN Tower. The
complete ice display involved
more than 100 blocks of ice.

EXETER — March Break starts
Friday, and I am seriously
jazzed for it.
It's the perfect time of year
to enjoy the outdoors and
savour winter while it lasts.
So, you know, I'll probably
spend my days indoors
watching movies.
Fun Night is coming up
March 23. It will be fun, and
it will be at night.
This is also the night of the
Time & Talent Auction. Lots
of excellent items will be auc-
tioned off, so bring your wal-
let/purse/pocket. Donation forms
can still be found in the high
school's office. Good vibes accom-
pany every donation.
Speaking of good vibes,
the 30 Hour Famine is
coming up on April 7-8.
If you're into intensely
awesome sleepovers at
the high school, or if you
just don't feel like eating
for a little while, the 30
IIour Famine is where
it's at. As far as I know
there are still forms
available, but they have
to be in soon, so don't
delay.
