COUNTRY -STYLE FAMILY HOME Plan 6-3-343 Dormer windows and a spectacular wrap-around veranda enhance the welcoming character of this
three-bedroom, country -style family home. Inside, the raised entry leads into an expansive area designed with day-to-day living in mind. The great
room, separated from the foyer by a half -wall, features a gas fireplace and sloping ceiling. The kitchen and dining area form an open extension of the
great room, making a large living area that is perfectly suited to today's families, who prefer an informal lifestyle. French doors add charm to the design
of this area, as well as providing easy access to the garden. The kitchen is planned for efficient meal -preparation and to keep the cook in touch with
the rest of the family activities. An eating counter is useful for children's snacks and meals, a casual lunch or coffee with friends. A three-piece
bathroom with linen closet separates the kitchen from the third bedroom, although this main -floor bedroom could serve as a den or home office, if
desired. A large laundry room, with direct access to the double garage, provides additional storage space. Upstairs, the master suite has a unique
charm enhanced by eight -foot sloping ceilings. A soaker tub and corner shower fit efficiently into the en suite bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs
also has its own private three-piece en suite. If the homeowners are empty nesters an alternative option with this floor plan would be to consider this
second bedroom as a bonus room and use it as a library, den, or perhaps a sewing or hobby room. The house is 47 feet, 4 inches wide with the same
depth, totalling 1,684 square feet of living space and includes an unfinished basement. Plans for design 6-3-343 are available for $554 (set of 5), $631
(set of 8) and $680 for a super set of 10. B.C. residents add 7 % Prov. Sales Tax. Also add $25.00 for Priority charges within B.C. or $45.00 outside of
B.C. Please add 7% G.S.T. or 15% H.S.T. (where applicable) to both the plan price and Priority charges. The 38th Edition of the Home Plan Catalogue
containing over 300 plans is available for $13.50 (includes taxes, postage and handling). Make all cheques and money orders payable to "Home Plan of
