The construction schedule is 21 months, with an expected August 2006 start date. Construction is to be sequenced in three phases to allow the facility to remain fully operational throughout. The police attended a resi- dence and spoke to the owner requesting the music be turned down. The owner became irate and aggressive, threaten- ing the safety of the offi- cer. A 43 -year-old man of Exeter was arrested and attends Exeter Provincial Court on March 23.
