(4*) 102 Deaths DENYS - As a result of an accident at his residence, Walter Edward Denys, 55, on January 18, 2006. Beloved husband of Nancy (Lapp) Denys of R.R. #3, Kippen. Dear father and father-in-law of Jeffery and Laura Denys, Jeanette and Scott Meyer, Amanda and Kevin MacDonald and Matthew Denys, all of the Kippen area. Special grandpa of Patrick and Gavin Denys and a little MacDonald baby to arrive in April. Eldest brother of Dianne and Dave Youmans, Exeter, Brian Denys, Seaforth, Ron and Deb Denys, Brucefield, Rick Denys and Theresa Wild, Kippen, and Darlene and Todd Hoggart, Kippen, and brother-in-law of Bill and Mary Lapp, Abbottsford, and Keith and Helen Lapp, Auburn. Fondly remembered by 15 nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Eli and Rachel (Stallaert) Denys and parents- in-law Elliott and Catherine Lapp. Friends called at the Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home, Seaforth on January 21st. All Are Welcome. • • • • • • 102 Deaths HARDY - Harold Hardy of R.R.#2 Lucan in his 86th year released the reins January 14, 2006 at St. Marys Memorial Hospital, St. Marys after a valiant struggle. Predeceased by his wife Velma (Clarke) Hardy (1995). Loved father of Carolyn Hardy, Susan and Ken Rees, Dan and Lynne Hardy all of Lucan and Linda Barnes of Winnipeg. Grandpa to Ryan and Jeremy Rees, Jenny and Lyndsey Hardy, David Barnes, Adam and Samantha Morrison. Brother and brother-in-law to Jack and Helen Hardy, Lillian Knight, Norm and Lena Hardy, Muriel Culbert, Harry and Jean Hardy, Dorothy Revington, Jack and Joanne Clarke, Bob and Eleanor Clarke, Sherrill and Rick Molloy, Linda and Bill Ratcliffe, Bruce and Bonnie Clarke. Predeceased also by Wilmer and Mary Scott, Clarence and Beulah Hardy, Jack Knight, Mert Culbert, Leroy Revington, Bill and Joyce Mclnroy. At Harold's request cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service. Harold was a unique man with a great sense of humour. He was an avid farmer, loved his horses and mules, enjoyed trailriding and he especially treasured his time spent among his Amish friends. Thank you to every- one for their visits, calls, con- cerns and prayers during his last months. Thank you to the staff at St. Marys Memorial Hospital especially to Dr. Gatfield for his compassion.
