Some of the responsibilities are as follows: - Operation of all grain elevator equipment - Preventative maintenance and some equipment repair as required - Fertilizer blending and loading - Loading and delivery of crop inputs - seed, chemicals - Documentation of all inbound/outbound commodities and crop inputs - Supervision of seasonal staff as required The successful candidate must be available for all shifts a per seasonal requirements including weekends and over- time. The ability to perform manual lifting and climbing to heights of approximately 80 feet is required.A strong com- mitment to customer service as well as excellent interper- sonal skills is required in this position. Knowledge of crop inputs such as seed, fertilizer, chemicals would be a defi- nite asset. Qualifications for this position include a DZ license, mechanical skills, some computer skills, previous agricultural experience, and machinery operator skills.
