DASHWOOD - At Zion Lutheran
church in Dashwood we have
been preparing for the last six
months for two very special
upcoming events. Everyone is
very excited about the two pro-
grams described below. You are
most welcome to come to these
events. If you have any questions

These wisemen (at left) are
ready and so are all the other
participants who will take part in
two special Christmas pageants
at Zion Lutheran Church in
Dashwood. Our Sunday school
program will take place on
Sunday evening December 18 at
7 p.m. with a "Happy Birthday
Jesus" party to follow.
Then on Friday evening,
December 23 families will enact
a live outdoor Nativity in four
shifts: 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7 p.m.
and 7:30 p.m. This event fea-
tures warm refreshments, car-
olling, readings and real animals
too. What a celebration of the
birth of Jesus!
Santa Claus made a visit to Hansen's Your Independent Grocer Dec. 10.
