Christmas
Shannon Ryan,
Gr. 6 Stephen Central
It was December 24, a
Sunday afternoon. My
mom just got back from
the grocery store and my
sister was baking
Christmas cookies, choco-
late chip, oatmeal. I was
helping my brothers put
up the tree decorations
and the little snowman
lights on the tall green
tree. I got to put up the
gold and white angel. Our
house is always filled with
Christmas spirit. That
night I thought I caught a
glimpse of Santa. That
morning when I got up,
the tree was filled with
presents and I got every-
thing I wanted. I'll never
forget the Christmas when
I thought I saw Santa.

If you have been watch-
ing me I have been a good
little girl. I want to know
how does Rudolph's nose
really shine? Home many
reindeer do you have? I
have one brother named
Scott. He is a big trouble
maker. How is Mrs. Claus
doing? Can you do me a
favour? Can you ask Mrs.
Claus if she can make me
a cookie? Because I want
to know how good they
really are. These are the
following things that I
would like. I would like
Heleys, MP3 player, new
shirts, pants, and that's
about it.
I would like to get my
mom some new books,
and a new couch. I would
like to get my Dad some
war books, and a new
snowmobile. I would like
to get Scott his own phone
line because he is always
on the phone.

Dear friends,
I love going to Christmas
dinner That means get-
ting good food at school
and I like doing art work
for Christmas at school
and making Christmas
cards, words and artwork
at school. But I love giving
presents under the shar-
ing tree to help others.
And it is cool putting on a
school play with five songs
that are Christmas songs
that will be nice to sing. I
love going to school and I
like giving my teachers
presents at the last day of
school. But we have two or
three days off of school.
But I love going to school.
That's why I am sad.
Because it will be the last
day of school.

all poor people could have
as many things as I do.
I have a couple of wishes
for my family. Would you
like to hear them? I
would like my Aunt Cory
and my Aunt Marian to
stop smoking. I would
also like a nice wheelchair
for my cousin Megan.
I have one last wish.
Would you like to hear it?
Can I please have a 'Baby
Alive"? I want a Baby
Alive because it is a lot
like a real baby. Your
