The arresting exterior is enhanced by the double garage, which follows the design of the house in its details. The formal living and dining rooms are ideal for entertaining family and friends. Also designed to make dinner parties as easy as possible is the butler's pantry between the dining room and the kitchen, which will minimize any difficulties associated with serving multi -course meals to a crowd. At the back of the house is the informal family area, a great place to relax. The sliding glass doors of the family room lead to the back garden, and the breakfast room has an attractive bay window. The efficiently designed kitchen will make meal preparation a breeze, and a pantry provides useful storage space. Even the laundry room— normally so boringly utilitarian—is lifted above the ordinary. Situated between the house and the garage, it boasts its own mini -veranda and an entrance from the outside. Access from both the garage and the house offers the utmost practicality. A powder room and coat cupboard complete the main floor. Upstairs, the master suite stretches from the front to the rear of the house and encompasses a two-sided walk-in closet and a four -piece en suite bathroom with a soaker tub set into a bay. The three other bedrooms share a full-sized bathroom. With more than 2,000 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room, and the unfinished basement provides the opportunity for future expansion, either for a growing family or as a mortgage - helping suite. The house is 65 feet, 6 inches wide and 37 feet deep with 2,188 square feet and an unfinished basement. Plans for design 7-4-865 are available for $636 (set of 5), $721 (set of 8) and $775 for a super set of 10. B.C. residents add 7% Prov. Sales Tax.
