POLICE BRIEF
Wallet stolen from vehicle
GRAND BEND - Lambton OPP are investigating the
theft of a wallet and the subsequent use of a credit card
stolen from a Ford van in a parking lot at Pinery
Provincial Park recently.Entry was gained by prying the
side door of the van and then disengaging the power
door locks. The wallet was removed from a compart-
ment under the front seat of the vehicle. The thieves
wasted little time using one of the cards in Forest to pur-
chase $189 dollars worth of merchandise at Two Eagles
Enterprise and Two Eagles Video and Smoke. A suspect
person witnessed walking from his vehicle prior to real-
izing the theft was described as being a female, leaving
the area in a red Pontiac, possibly a Grand Prix or
Grand Am. The investigation is continuing.
