players. Good running
offense work and defensive
plays when required. Alicia
came very close to scoring
her first goal of the season.
Taylor, Laura and Jasmine
played excellent. Brian
worked hard for all three
goals. Good defensive plays
by Mitchel to keep the goals
down. Big thank -you to
Morgan for filling in net
when we were short players.

Comments: The Lightning played their best
game of the year so far. The team played
the first half short three players and the
second half were short two players. The
score was 1-0 after half and the team ran
out of gas to let Parkhill score four late
goals. Excellent effort by all nine girls!!

U13 Boys Exeter #1

Coaches comments: An excellent second
half by South Huron. We settled in
to match Coldstream for effort with good
scoring opportunities. An especially good
game by Max Carter and Shawn Burtch.
U13 Boys LDYSL
Exeter 2 versus Simcoe 1
Coaches comments: This was a great
result. The boys went down to Simcoe after
having suffered a heavy defeat in Exeter
against Simcoe the previous week and real-
ly dug deep to pull off this great victory.
Way to go boys... Let's keep focused on the
next games and keep building on what you
are doing.

Coaches comments: Our boys definitely
dominated the field with great passes and
teamwork.

Goalie: Kaitlyn Love played excellent in net.
Coaches comments: These girls definitely
came out to win this game. With only 11
girls and a very strong and aggressive West
Lorne team our girls fought the whole
game. All the girls played amazing. An
excellent defensive game played by Lindsay
Hayter, Tiffany Hern, Miriam Veldman,
Lindsay Mills, Caroline Moore, and Sandra
Gregus Great Game Girls!
